Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using the Real World Statistics Teacher Toolkit ("Product") offered by Simpler Math ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Description

The Real World Statistics Teacher Toolkit (Tier 2) provides digital access to quizzes, tests, editable slides, pacing guides, and other teaching resources aligned with the "Real World Statistics" textbook.

Access is granted via your Simpler Math account and is a one-time lifetime subscription unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

You must be a verified teacher or educational professional to access the Tier 2 Product. Verification is completed during the signup process.

3. Payment and Pricing

• The Tier 2 Product is sold at a one-time price of $189(launch price) or $229.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• All prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or fees.

• Payment must be completed before access is granted.

4. Access and Usage

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Tier 2 Product via your Simpler Math account.

• Access to materials is lifetime and non-transferable.

• You agree not to share or distribute your login credentials or the Product materials beyond your authorized use.

• We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse or unauthorized distribution is detected.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided in the Product are the intellectual property of Simpler Math or its licensors. You may use the materials for your personal teaching purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content without express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Product, you consent to this data collection and processing.

8. Changes to the Product or Terms

We may update the Product content or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simpler Math is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
